Expansion & Relocation
In 1982, Superior Furniture, Inc. expanded and relocated to a larger facility where it operated until December 1999.
In January 2000, the company again expanded and relocated to its present 100,000 square foot facility.
The new facility provides opportunities for significant increases in productivity and allows for greater production capacity, permitting the company to continue its projected growth path. Over twice the size of the previous location, all areas of the manufacturing process realize productivity improvements -from raw materials handling to shipping. The new facility allows Superior Furniture to significantly increase its output and more than double its current workforce.
Superior Furniture, Inc. was
established in 1979 in Sarasota, Florida, to
manufacture high quality, aluminum outdoor furniture.

Superior Furniture, Inc. manufactures over a dozen

over 250 frame selections under the Casual Creations
brand name. The product line balances the demand for
design innovations with the need for manufacturing
efficiencies to meet our aggressive delivery target,
which is clearly our biggest competitive advantage. The
custom designed paint line employs state-of-the-art
technology. It utilizes an electrostatic powder-coating
system, providing a wide range of performance
properties including excellent resistance to corrosion,
heat, impact, abrasion, fading from sunlight and
extreme weather.
